Does your youth fitness program require long-term contracts?

No, we don’t require long-term commitments. Our youth program is billed every two weeks, offering flexible payment options that fit your family’s needs—so your child can grow and thrive without the pressure of a contract.

How long does each class last?

With a duration of 45 minutes, our classes are designed to seamlessly fit into your busy schedule.

What ages can join your youth program?

We welcome kids ages 8 to 18. Our training is tailored to match each age group’s stage of development—ensuring safe, effective, and engaging workouts for every level.

Does my child have to be an athlete to succeed in your program?

Not at all! Our youth fitness program is designed for kids of all experience levels. We focus on proper technique, safe progression, and keeping things fun—while helping them build strength, speed, agility, and confidence along the way.

Do you offer memberships outside of 1:1 training and youth fitness?

At this time, we do not offer open gym memberships or access without a scheduled session. All training is conducted through personalized 1:1 coaching or our youth fitness program with a dedicated coach.

I’ve never worked out before—is 1:1 still for me?

Absolutely! Our experienced trainers will guide you through every movement, offering modifications and support to match your comfort level. Whether you're brand new or just getting back into fitness, we’ll help you feel confident and capable from day one.

Do you have showers?

No, we do not, but we do have changing rooms available
