Does your youth fitness program require long-term contracts?
No, we don’t require long-term commitments. Our youth program is billed every month, offering flexible payment options that fit your family’s needs—so your child can grow and thrive without the pressure of a contract.
How long does each youth fitness class last?
With a duration of 45 minutes, our classes are designed to seamlessly fit into your busy schedule.
What ages can join your youth program?
We welcome kids ages 8 to 18. Our training is tailored to match each age group’s stage of development—ensuring safe, effective, and engaging workouts for every level.
Does my child have to be an athlete to succeed in your program?
Not at all! Our youth fitness program is designed for kids of all experience levels. We focus on proper technique, safe progression, and keeping things fun—while helping them build strength, speed, agility, and confidence along the way.
Group Personal Training Class Questions
How do I book my classes?
Once you purchase your membership on our site, download the Mindbody app and log in with the same email. Search for Full Range Fit, tap the heart icon to favorite us, and you’ll see our full schedule ready for booking.
Can I change my class time?
Yes! Life happens. You can use the app to cancel your current spot and move into any other available class that same week with just a few taps.
What if a class is full?
We cap every class at 16 clients to maintain high coaching standards. If a class is full, join the digital waitlist in the app. If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified immediately.
How far in advance can I book?
You can reserve your spots as soon as your monthly membership renews. We recommend booking your preferred times early to ensure your spot is locked in
Is this just a standard exercise class?
No. This is small group personal training. Unlike large classes where you're just a face in the crowd, our trainers provide individualized form corrections, personalized cues, and intensity adjustments tailored to your specific goals.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
We provide all the specialized equipment you'll need. Just bring a water bottle, clean athletic shoes, and a "ready-to-work" attitude.
I’m a beginner—will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Because we have a dual-coach environment for most classes, one trainer can focus on teaching you the fundamentals while the other manages the group flow. We meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey.
What should I do when I arrive for my first class?
Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early. This gives you time to meet your coaches, get a quick tour of the space, and discuss any injuries or specific goals before we start moving
Do you have showers?
No, we do not, but we do have changing rooms available
Do you offer memberships outside of 1:1 training and youth fitness?
At this time, we do not offer open gym memberships. Outside of our personalized 1:1 coaching and youth programs, we offer Small Group Personal Training. These classes are capped at 16 clients to ensure you receive individualized attention and expert coaching from two trainers, rather than just being a face in a crowded room. All training at Full Range Fit is conducted under the guidance of a dedicated coach to ensure your safety and results.
