As a Navy veteran, husband, and father of two young children, Shaun understands the importance of balancing fitness with the demands of everyday life. He holds a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Health and Human Performance, continually expanding his knowledge through certifications and continuing education.
Shaun's extensive career includes serving as the Area Supervisor for a prominent gym chain in St.Louis, MO, overseeing the success of Club Training Directors, trainers, and their clients. This diverse experience has equipped him with the expertise needed to ensure safe and effective workouts tailored to each individual's goals.

Jackson holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri, where he excelled as a college athlete playing football. His major in Kinesiology-Exercise Science provided him with a comprehensive understanding of human movement and physiology, which he now applies to his fitness approach.
Having returned to the area, Jackson is thrilled to share his expertise and help individuals achieve their fitness goals. He emphasizes the importance of overall wellness and tailors his training programs to enhance functionality and promote optimal daily living.
In addition to his deep dedication to fitness, Jackson brings valuable experience from his time as a professional indoor football player with the Ozark Lunkers. Meet Able Delagarza, a certified personal trainer with a strong foundation in health, wellness, and mental resilience. He holds certifications in CPR, AED, Health & Wellness, and Mental Health First Response, and is a UHP Certified Personal Trainer. His passion lies in helping young athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence through functional fitness and plyometric training.
With over a decade of honorable service in the U.S. Army, Able brings a disciplined, motivational approach to coaching. His military background instills perseverance and leadership in every session, creating a training environment that builds both physical capability and character.
As a husband and father, Able understands the importance of balancing fitness with family and faith. Guided by his belief in Jesus Christ, he leads with integrity and selfless service—empowering clients to grow not just in strength, but in purpose.
