About Our Program
Most "group classes" just give you a crowded room and a timer. At Full Range Fit, we do things differently. We provide personal training in a small-group setting, giving you the expertise of a coach with the energy of a team.
The Full Range Experience:
Semi-Private Coaching: We cap every class at 16 clients to ensure you never get lost in the crowd. You’ll receive individualized cues and form corrections from certified trainers who actually know your name and your goals.
The Power of Two: Classes feature two expert coaches. This means more eyes on your form, more help with your weights, and zero chance of getting lost in the shuffle.
Total Schedule Control: If your day goes sideways, use The MindBody mobile app to swap your class to any other open slot that week with a few taps. You’ll see real-time availability so you can grab a spot that fits your life.
Built-In Accountability: When you schedule a class, we expect you. If you miss it, we notice. We provide the structure you need to stay consistent when motivation fades.
