About our program

Our program is segmented by age to ensure developmentally appropriate focus and meaningful progress. All workouts follow the NSCA’s Long-Term Athletic Development model, learn more here.

With a maximum of 16 participants per class and a 45-minute format, our program provides personalized attention and a fun, motivating environment. Whether your child joins once or twice a week, they’ll experience meaningful progress and a boost in confidence.

Ages 8–11 Building the base with coordination, body control, and movement fundamentals — the foundation every youth athlete needs.

Ages 12–14 Climbing higher by developing strength, speed, and technique — with growing independence and confidence.

Ages 15–18 Train for resilience, endurance, and leadership—on and off the field.
